DIY - How to make a Button Bracelet

Hey guys, hope u all are enjoying your weekend. My brother is flying to Malta this evening and he wanted me to make a bracelet for him and for myself as well :D

Things you will need:

  • Cords
  • Pair of Scissors,
  • Glue &
  • Buttons or Beads. (I am using x6 gold flower patterned buttons which I bought from a fabric shop, but you can use more)
You can but these things at any Art and Crafts store.

Lets begin.

Step 1. Cut a 25" cord and make a loop.

Step 2. Add a button. Tie a small knot to secure it. Repeat this process till you have finished adding the buttons.

Step 3. Take another 25" cord and start making square knot. Make x6 square knots and then tie a simple knot to secure it.

This is how the square knots will look like.

Step 4. Tie a simple knot, add glue to the edge and let it dry. Once the glue has dried up, cut off the side cords but make sure you keep the cords that are attached to the buttons.

Step 5. Tie a small knot on either side just above the edges and its done.

  Voila !!!! That's your bracelet.

Do let me know in the comment section if you decide to try this DIY and don't forget to leave a link. Keep smiling :)
