So the first step is to figure out whether you want it till your navel or just below the belly button.
Once you have done that, cut the piece into two halves
Now you need to sew the edges using a needle and a thread. Make sure to leave a small loop or hole on one side
Take the other half of the fabric, measure 2" (inches) and cut horizontally. You will have a long round loop. Cut one of the edge so you have a straight line. Tie to a safety pin and insert through one loop of your cropped top and take it out from the other end.
I've changed the neckline to V-shape and cut the sleeves as well.
Do a lot of research about the item you want to buy.
Look for the tiny details that distinguish them from the fake ones i.e for handbags, check the stitching, hooks, handbag strap etc.
Check the reviews of the seller
Keep a figure in mind, so that you dont get carried away or end up spending more.
Check for the current retail price of the item you are intending of buying.
Check the photos and description of the item. See if all the information is provided. If there is something you are unsure about or you would like to know more details about the item, send an e-mail to the person who is selling the item. So you are satisfied and your mind is clear.
Lastly, do not place a bid straightaway. See how many hours or days you have remaining. In that way, it will help you prioritize your needs. If you really want the item then you can place a bid and if you are not really keen then you can save that money to spend on something else.
Hope these tips will help you. Happy and safe shopping!!!!
Hey guys, this is what I wore for work today...I wanted it to be formal at the same time give it a casual attire.
Long sleeve, gold buttoned, flower embroided collar top is from Primark. Its 100% Polyester.
As it is a loose fit, I decided to get size 6 and not size 8.
I paired it with Ponte Zip Slim Leggings, which has a zipper on both
sides. It's got warm and cosy feel to it. It's 61%
Viscose, 35% Polyester and 4% Elastane. I got this in size8, they are
bit loose but I can probably add my cosy tights underneath it to beat
the cold weather.
I wore my lovely
black booties with this but you can wear pumps or hills. I kept my
accessories minimal so that the top can take the centre stage.
